What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on a visitor's device and accesses while using the site. A cookie may contain a randomly generated identifier, information about selected settings, session data or other technical information.
Cookies themselves usually do not contain the user's name, but their identifier can be linked to other data, such as a contact record in a CRM or a user account with an advertising platform provider. In addition to classic cookies, tracking pixels, local storage, program tags and similar technologies can be used. For simplicity, this Policy uses the term "cookies" for them.
How data is collected
When you open a website, necessary cookies and technical requirements necessary for the display and security of the site may be activated automatically, if necessary.
When you give your consent, the selected technologies may store an identifier on your device or read an existing identifier. They may then record the pages visited, the time of visit, the source of arrival, interactions with content, actions on forms, device and browser data and other events for which the tag is configured.
If you submit a form and have accepted the appropriate HubSpot cookies, technical data about previous visits can be linked to the contact record in HubSpot. Such linking will not be carried out without express consent.
Consent Management
When you first visit the site, you will be presented with a cookie management menu. You can use it to accept all optional cookies, reject them or select individual categories of cookies. Rejecting optional cookies is as easy as accepting them. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link, which is permanently available at the footer of the website. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before your withdrawal. After withdrawal, we will prevent the further activation of the rejected categories and, where technically possible, remove their cookies from your device. Deleting cookies from your browser may cause the consent tool to reappear because the site will no longer be able to recognize the previously saved selection.
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are necessary for the basic functioning, security and technical correctness of the website. They can be used to remember privacy settings, maintain sessions, balance loads, prevent spam, protect forms and detect security breaches. Without them, certain parts of the site will not work properly. Therefore, consent is not required for them, but they are only used for functions that are truly necessary. The data collected by necessary cookies is not used to create marketing profiles. Their duration is limited to the shortest period necessary for a specific function. Some are deleted when you close your browser, while others may last longer to remember, for example, privacy settings or protect the site.
Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. They can collect data on the number and duration of visits, pages visited, approximate location, source of arrival, device and browser used, and interactions with content and forms. We process the data to determine which content is useful, identify technical problems, analyze user paths, and improve the structure and performance of the website. Analytical cookies are activated solely on the basis of consent.
Google Analytics
HubSpot Analytics
HubSpot may use cookies to distinguish between sessions and visitors, log pages visited, recognize arrival sources, and analyze interactions with forms and content. If a user submits a form and has previously accepted the appropriate cookies, the interaction history can be linked to their record in HubSpot CRM. HubSpot analytics functions will not be activated without appropriate consent, except for functions that are objectively necessary for the processing of an expressly requested form or system security.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used for advertising measurement, linking visits to campaigns, creating audiences, re-marketing and displaying more relevant ads. These cookies can track visits to different pages, actions on the web, campaign source, device, browser and internet identifiers. Such data can be processed by BID Group and advertising platform providers. If the user is logged into their account with a particular provider, that provider can associate the data with their account.
Marketing cookies are activated only with prior consent.
LinkedIn Insight Tag can be used to measure conversions, analyze professional audience characteristics in aggregate form and create audiences for advertising. LinkedIn can receive data about the visit, page address, device, browser, time of visit, IP address and internet identifiers.
Meta
Meta Pixel can be used to measure the results of ads on Facebook and Instagram, create audiences and show ads to people who have previously visited a website. Meta can receive data about pages visited, actions taken, device, browser, IP address and cookie identifiers.
Google Ads
Google Ads can be used to measure conversions, link visits to an ad campaign, and remarket. Google may receive information about the source of arrival, pages visited, conversion actions, device, browser, IP address and advertising identifiers.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and marketing tracking scripts on our website.
Its main role is technical in nature: it allows certain tags to be loaded after an appropriate event or user choice. Google Tag Manager is configured following Google Consent Mode v2; so that it does not activate Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot or other optional tags before the user expressly accepts the corresponding category of cookies.
Forms and cookies
Newsletter, contact, demo, and job application forms can be created or linked to HubSpot.
The data that the user consciously enters in the form is processed independently and regardless of whether he has accepted analytical or marketing cookies. Refusing optional cookies does not prevent the user from submitting a basic business or recruitment form, unless a specific technical function is objectively necessary for its secure delivery. Accepting analytical or marketing cookies may allow for additional linking of the submitted form with previous visits, campaign source or other online activities.
The newsletter subscription field is separate from the submission of the contact form.
Apollo
Apollo is primarily used as a B2B database (for businesses) and sales platform, and not necessarily as a cookie technology on a public website.
Apollo may use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish between sessions and visitors, track pages visited, identify sources of arrival, enrich form data, and analyze interactions with forms and content. If a user submits a form and has previously accepted the appropriate cookies, the interaction history and enriched data may be associated with their record in Apollo CRM.
Apollo analytical and enrichment functions will not be activated without appropriate consent, except for functions that are objectively necessary for the processing of an explicitly requested form or for system security.
First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by the BID Group domain. Third-party cookies are set or managed by an external provider, such as Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn or Meta. Third-party providers process data as processors, as separate controllers or in another role determined by their terms and the nature of the specific service.
More information about their processing is available in the privacy policy of the individual provider.
Data retention and cookie duration
Session cookies are generally deleted after closing the browser. Other cookies remain on the device until a predetermined period expires or until the user deletes them independently.
Data generated by analytics is not stored indefinitely. Retention periods in Google Analytics, HubSpot and other tools are set to a period that allows for the necessary business analysis.
Marketing audiences and conversion data are stored in accordance with the settings of the individual platform, the selected campaign periods and the consent given.
Withdrawing consent prevents future data collection through the rejected categories, but may not automatically delete all data that was lawfully processed before the withdrawal. Such data is deleted or anonymized after the applicable retention period has expired.
List of really active cookies
An up-to-date list of really active cookies is available on the website.
For each cookie or similar technology in the list, the name, provider, purpose, category and duration are listed. Cookies that have not yet been implemented as active are not listed. Likewise, any newly introduced cookie will be included in the list before or at the same time as its activation.
Browser settings
The user can further manage cookies through the settings of their internet browser.
The browser may allow viewing, blocking or deleting cookies for individual or all websites. Deleting a necessary cookie that remembers privacy settings may cause the website to ask for a selection again.
Blocking all cookies in the browser may affect certain functionalities of the website.
Data Transfers Outside the European Economic Area
Certain analytics, CRM and advertising technology providers operate outside the European Economic Area or involve sub-processors in other countries. When international transfers of personal data occur, an appropriate legal mechanism applies, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards permitted by the GDPR.
Additional information on transfers is available in the Privacy Policy or upon request.
Changes to the Cookie Policy
We may change this Policy when we change technologies, providers, processing purposes or legal requirements.
The date of the last modification is indicated at the beginning of the document. The list of cookies and the consent system settings are updated whenever a new technology is introduced to the website or the purpose of an existing technology changes.
