Running a Facebook page looks very simple. We all can do it... Or maybe not? Although it looks simple at first, it is not so. When running a website, you should pay attention to several things in order not to harm your company and its reputation.
We have already practiced running Facebook pages and we have a few tips for you to avoid possible mistakes:
People today want to get information as soon as possible. That's why your post must be short, clear and simple. If someone is reading your post on the fly, believe, they don't have time to read everything. If they don't find what they're interested in right away, they move on, and you're missing an opportunity and losing a potential client.
Too much text kills your post, so try to make your posts as short as possible. A picture tells a thousand words, so if you can't say it briefly, try a picture. If the picture doesn't help, try the video. Social networks are such that everything needs to be tested. What works great today does not necessarily mean that it will work tomorrow. Trends change, people change, so test everything.
A post schedule is a very good thing, especially if you run multiple pages. Many ready-made social media calendars are available for download on the Internet. Alternatively, you can create your own in Excel to meet your specific needs. HubSpot's calendar, which you can see in the picture, turned out to be excellent for us.
Don't worry, you don't need a detailed plan of when and what to publish for the next six months. But do your best and come up with posts at least a week or two in advance. The more is less rule can also be used for Facebook posts. Do not post pointlessly and in excessive amounts, because people do not like the so-called suffocation by announcements. You can schedule your posts in advance and set them to appear on a specific day at a specific number of hours.
One important thing to remember about Facebook is that your work isn't done once you publish a post. Every comment that asks you a question, criticizes you or gives you suggestions deserves a reply.
All reviews should be responded to, whether positive or negative. In case they are negative, you can always start with the questions: "What is the problem?" and "How can we help you?". Every negative comment deserves a timely response, so don't wait too long and calmly try to solve the problem.

Analyze, analyze and analyze. Facebook Insights allows you to track people's reactions to your posts and view the times when people are most often online. You can also find out users' genders, geographic locations, and interests. Facebook offers a wealth of information about your audience, so study the analytics and use them to your advantage.
The golden rule of posting is: always think first, read and then post. Sometimes we get carried away with current topics, problems that bother us. You must always think about your posts. They must be meaningful, spelling and grammar correct and must not offend.
If you run a web shop and the following situation occurs: for example, you sell clothes, person M.M. ordered a t-shirt and decided to pay cash on delivery. You sent the t-shirt, but the person did not receive it or pick it up and the t-shirt was returned to you. You paid the postage, and the person didn't even call. You are angry and feel the need to share it on the FB page, but don't.
Remember, everything is visible. Everything is permanent, especially if we remember that there is a screen shot. Some things you have to leave behind.
This information provides you with insights into common mistakes that beginners and experienced individuals make. Managing the site is one big test. Everything is a matter of new trends, your audience. There is no single formula for perfect management of the site, and it does not exist.
You may think all this is too difficult and that you don't need Facebook for business. With a lot of test, effort and will, you will overcome the biggest obstacles without any problems. If you still think you can't do it alone, we are here for you!
